Just a quick post today to let you know how things are going and to tell you what you can look forward to in the next few weeks.
So first of all – my book.
I know I said the release of “The 30 Day Copywriting Challenge” would be a few weeks ago and I apologize that it’s not, but I’m putting even more value into the book than originally planned and I actually had it all set up and ready to go, then decided to go a different route.
I can’t give too much away, but I will say that every single person who’s read the workbook so far has said it’s one of the most valuable copywriting books they’ve ever read!
That includes legendary copywriter Trevor Crook who actually gave me a video testimonial for it!
So my new “soft” deadline is the middle of August. Can you believe I was originally supposed to launch this bad-boy in MAY!?!? (or maybe June?)
I’d love to give away WHY it’s been delayed too – unfortunately it would kind of give away the farm.

Copywriting And Business Success Videos!
I’ve been meaning to start doing more videos for the past few months and during a drive up to New York to see one of my clients, I decided to start shooting videos while I’m driving.
In fact, I shot 3 different videos just on that one trip – and I had a blast!
From that, I decided that I loved shooting them so much and it was so easy that I’ve now started what I call my “lessons from the road”.
In these short lessons, usually under 5 minutes long, I give you simple tips you can use to implement into your business for immediate increased profits, better productivity, better copy, etc.
I’m using a Flip Mino HD to shoot them so they’re pretty good quality and since it only holds 60 minutes of video, I’m going to wait until I’m done shooting them all (up to 60 minutes). As of right now, I have 19 more minutes to shoot.
So basically, in the next week or 2 I should have a new section at the top of this blog called “Lessons From The Road” and those lessons will also be short lessons that I shoot while driving in my car (and don’t worry – I’m completely safe when I’m shooting them!)
So that’s it! I hope you’re as busy as I am with your copywriting business.
Between starting a partnership, getting a new client on retainer, being booked up with regular clients for the next few months, moving into a new apartment, creating this new product, and setting up to get married in mid-September…I’ve been running around like a chicken with his head cut off for the past month or two!
It’s all good though, I’d rather be busy than sitting on my ass all day!
WAIT! I almost forgot.
I’m also planning on, in the next few months, getting a webmaster into my blog and figuring out why it’s going slow, as well as putting a little more design into it as well.
I just need to find the time!
But ok I’ll stop the rant now. I hear my Playstation 3 and a cup of tea calling me downstairs 
(I need to give myself a break sometime!)
